It was a Monday Read Day! Thanks to everyone in period 1 for being prepared with a book. Great job.

Today students in all classes organized binders for lang arts. We have five tabs: Fiction Reading Response, Non-fiction Reading Response, Writing in Progress, Vocabulary, and Graded Papers. We put lined paper behind each section, except Graded Papers. I like for students to keep all their graded papers until the end of the grading period in case there is a grade discrepancy with HAC. We also worked on a cold writing prompt so I have a writing sample. Most classes also found Compass Buddies.

H/W: Signed Syllabus sheets due Thurs.
         Period 1: Please remember your packet materials if you haven't done so yet.
