Happy Friday!

The 6th graders made it through the first half week of school! They appear confident and happy, which makes me happy. Today we kicked off our AIM High program and discussed "Integrity" in the classroom, specifically with blurting. We also became acquainted with the IMC and our fabulous librarian, Ms. Burnette. All students checked out a book for Monday Read and perused the 15,000 book in our IMC! After that most classes did a cooperative activity to help get to know each other. Our "foot" goal setting will be next week. Curriculum will start Monday.

H/W: Period 1 - 1) Packet materials will still be collected Monday. 2)A few students need to submit signed agenda paper. 3) Bring a Monday Read book
